Ingredients

  • 2 Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meals 
  • 1 can cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 lb. frozen raw, peeled, shelled, deveined shrimp, extra-large (26-30 count)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Microwave each Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meal on HIGH for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Lightly coat large skillet with cooking spray. Add 1/2 tsp. sesame oil.
  3. Add shrimp, pineapple, garlic and lite soy sauce to skillet. Cook on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
  4. Add both Smart Ones® Vegetable Fried Rice meals and crushed red pepper to skillet. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Continue to cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
