Ingredients

  • 2 Smart Ones® Pasta Primavera meals 
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry roasted sunflower kernels

Instructions

  1. Cook each Smart Ones® Pasta Primavera meal according to package instructions. Cool. 
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except sunflower kernels. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Add sunflower kernels just prior to serving. Enjoy!
