Ingredients

  • 1 6-inch wood skewer
  • 1 fig, halved
  • 1/2 plum, halved
  • 1/2 small peach, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. flavored balsamic vinegar (such as fig, strawberry, or use plain)

Instructions

  1. Alternate fruit on the skewer.
  2. Grill until fruit is charred all around.
  3. Take fruit off the skewer and drizzle vinegar on top.
